From now every morning when you get up you feel great and dry and you feel comfortable.
Because in the night when you have the urge to urinate you know how to get up and go to the toilet and
urinate and then go back to bed and go straight back to sleep. You can now control your problem
of bed wetting because you no longer sleep so deep. Whenever you need to urinate you can and
do get up and your family feels so proud of you because you now keep your bed and yourself
You dont have to feel ashamed and you no longer feel guilty because you did not do it on purpose. Your
family understands it and you are not to blame.
You can now sleep lighter and you no longer sleep so deep that you forget to get up
whenever you need to urinate. Your bladder is getting stronger and stronger. And until
you are ready to go to the toilet you are able to tighten your bladder like putting a padlock on
your bladder and lock it until
you are ready to release in the bathroom.
And if you do sleep too deep you automatically sleep lighter and lighter and lighter so you are aware
and you remember that you need to go to the toilet to urinate. From now you need no longer wet the bed.
You are now control the problem. And you are sucessful in controlling your bedwetting
And you know there is nothing wrong with you emotionally or physically just because you
sometimes do not get out of bed in time. You just renew your effort to remember to wake
up everytime you need to go to the toilet. You feel better and better about yourself.
And you are now controlling your problem.
